In May of 1992, M & J Enterprises was founded in the basement of our residence by producing one product, the HELPING HAND Beverage Holder. We now have designed and developed additional quality products and are proud to extend our flagship product to include other fine touring motorcycles and some sport bikes.
In the fall of 2003 we were proud to announce that our son, John would be opening M & J Enterprises-West at his location on Whidbey Island, Washington. He has taken the Helping Hand Beverage Holder products over completely along with all LED's and all of the other accessories that we carried. He has managed to provide continuous sales & service in conjunction with his full time job. As we enter into a new millennium, we want to thank you for your continued business - we're here because of YOU and we're here FOR you! e-mail us. It's convenient, easy and there's nothing for you to fill out,
no misplaced forms or trips to the mail box. But, if you prefer the therapeutic
benefits of walking to the mail box, please include your telephone number and the shipping address if it
is different than your mailing address.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
| We
charge actual shipping and insurance fees, there is no handling or processing
charges! Shipping fees may vary and be less when multiple items are ordered.
Shipping costs are not on an item for item basis. We ship either UPS or US
Mail choosing the least expensive way for our customers or their preference.
All shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Canadian or Overseas shipping are becoming more difficult to handle and/or more expensive. The customer having any orders for overseas or Canada will be responsible for all costs, including but not limited to shipping, insurance, brokerage & custom fees. Orders to HAWAII, ALASKA & PUERTO RICO require UPS "BLUE LABEL" shipping or U.S. Mail requires "Priority Mail". |
RETURNS
| All of our products come with a repair or replacement guarantee at our option. If dissatisfied with our products or our service, simply give us a call before returning your package to acquire a RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization) within 30 days for an adjustment, (excluding shipping). If there is a problem with your product after 30 days, you must call us for a RGA number and we may accept your returns upon certain conditions. We strive very strongly on "after purchase customer service". Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, but we pay for shipping a repaired product or replacement product back to you. A 15% restocking fee may be imposed if an item or items have been used or damaged and/or the original packaging has been damaged. |
